In order to ensure a fun and safe game experience to all NinjaTooken players, the team set up the “Abuse Moderation” section, whereby every user is empowered to lay down what behaviour is considered acceptable, and to punish those considered as inacceptable.
Here is how you, as a user, might be reported, how works the evaluation of those reports, and the possible punishment. This Policy is applied jointly with the game rules.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REPORT?
During an on-line game, each user can create a report against any other user connected to the same game, using the “Social” section from the in-game menu (“m” key by default), and then by clicking on “Report an abuse”, at the right under the name of the incriminated user.
You can create a report against any player who, according to you, didn’t respect the game rules or acted in an immoral way.
During one game, if at least half the players report the same user, then this one will be automatically disconnected from this game and won’t be able to join it again.
WHAT EVIDENCES ARE PROVIDED TO “JUDGE” A CASE ?
When a user has been reported in a game, an “Abuse Moderation” case file is automatically created, associated to a text report containing the following informations:
HOW DOES THE VOTE TAKE PLACE ?
Once one has examined the reports, he can give it a mark from 1 to 5 shuriken, respectively in order to “acquit” or “punish”:
The penalty is applied from 10 votes.
Moderators and administrators of NinjaTooken are able to acquit the incriminated user by deleting reports and votes, or to banish him from the game if necessary.
You’ll be warned every time a user creates a report against you, but you won’t be kept noticed of the evolution of the file. For that, you’ll have to check regularly the “Abuse Moderation” section.
ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION / WHO CAN VOTE ?
Only users who have reached the level 55 can vote. Those who are eligible and wish to participate must log in the NinjaTooken website, and read and agree to this Policy.
